Ballet

Advanced Ballet is a class for more knowledgeable dancers. Ballet experience is required to get the most out of this class. Classes include a barre, centre, jumps, and across-the-floor choreography. Throughout class, there will be focus on stretching, strengthening, technique improvement, and learning choreography in a fun and relaxed environment, but this is an advanced class so be prepared to work hard and challenge yourself!
