Twerk

Twerk needs no introduction. Almost everyone has seen or heard about it as it has become a big part of popular culture in recent years. However “twerking” is often used as an umbrella term for many different moves and techniques. During this class we will focus on whines, hip mobility, and different techniques of making our booties shake and having fun. No experience is required, everyone is welcomed to a good booty-shake sesh!
